 If Volkswagen were allowed a “do-over” with respect of the matters leading up to its “defeat device” scandal, and had the opportunity to enter the U.S. market as a new entity, what entry strategy and organizational structure would you recommend . . . and why?  What irony exists between the 2013 video and VW in 2016?
