I have attached part of a business plan for a taco shop I am working on. I need these two components added:
- Equipment: What equipment is needed and what are the technical specifications?
- Production plan: Is it useful to have a flow diagram of the entire process from once an order is placed through production and finally reaching the client?
Please elaborate on these tow sections. And, add at least 3 academic references to it.
Note: One thing to add in the equipment is a tortilla maker machine (competitive advantage)
