   You have been asked to give a presentation at a local health care conference on aging. The topic you will speak about is analyzing business needs and opportunities to meet the needs of older adults. The presentation should focus on your local community.Create a 10- to 15-slide presentation and discuss the following:

   • Analyze gerontology resources for older adults.
   • Consider government resources, policies, financial resources, living options, businesses, products, and programs.
   • Analyze business skills (financing, management, leadership, policy, and advocacy) required to meet the needs of older adults, their family members, and their network of supporters.
   • Identify resources (services, businesses, programs, and products) within your community that meet the needs of older adults, their family members, and their network of supporters.
   • Evaluate at least two to three business opportunities to meet the needs of older adults and their families in your community.
   • Consider services, products, marketing, or skill development or outreach programs.
   • Consider social, cultural, economic, and political elements of your community.

   Include speaker notes of at least 50 words per slide.Cite a minimum of 3 peer-reviewed, scholarly, or similar references.
