Perform an in-depth analysis of two of the VP’s (Nick and Mikey) in the Decision-Tech Corporation’s story in Lencioni’s book. Consider some of the following concepts: politics, 

views on competition, world-view, single-loop learning, and especially an application of 

“the five dysfunctions.”  7.5 points for each analysis.
